What is Kaown?
Kaown is an online job board where employers can post job openings and job seekers can find and apply for jobs. You can browse listings for free and create an account to post or save jobs.
Is it free to use Kaown?
Browsing and searching for jobs is free. Creating an account is free. Some premium features for employers — such as featured or promoted listings — may carry a charge, which is always shown clearly before you confirm.
Do I need an account to apply for a job?
You can browse without an account, but you’ll usually need to create a free Personal Account to apply, save jobs, or contact employers, so you can manage everything in one place.

For job seekers

How do I search and apply for a job?
Use the search bar to filter by keyword, category, and location. Open a listing to read the full details, then follow the apply instructions on the page. Always read the full description before applying.
How do I know a job listing is genuine?
Most listings are genuine, but stay alert. A real employer will never ask you to pay a fee to get a job or request your bank password or OTP. Please read our Anti-Scam & Safety Tips before sharing any personal details.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot password” on the login page and enter your registered email address. You’ll receive a link to reset your password. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.

For employers & advertisers

How do I post a job?
Create a free account, then click “Post a Job”. Fill in the title, description, location, and category, and publish. Posting your first listing automatically sets up your Personal Account so you can manage everything from one dashboard.
How do I edit or delete a listing I posted?
Sign in to your Personal Account and go to your dashboard. There you can edit, renew, pause, or delete any of your active listings at any time.
How long does a job listing stay online?
Listings remain visible for a set period after publishing and can be renewed from your dashboard. The exact duration is shown when you create the listing.

Account & privacy

How is my personal data handled?
We only collect what’s needed to run the service and protect your privacy. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us through the Contact page. We’ll remove your account and associated data in line with our Privacy Policy.
How do I report a suspicious listing or user?
Email us the listing link and a short description at haankaan2001@gmail.com or use the Contact page. We review reports quickly and remove anything that breaks our Terms & Conditions.
