These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) set out the contractual conditions that apply to the use of Kaown, accessible at https://www.kaown.com, and to any account created or listing posted by an Advertiser. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the following meanings:

Listing

All elements and data (text, images, photographs, drawings, or other media) presented by an Advertiser under their sole responsibility, in order to advertise, offer, or seek a job, product, or service, and published on the Website and Mobile Site.

Advertiser

Any natural or legal person, of legal age, who holds a Personal Account and has submitted a Listing on the Website. An Advertiser must sign in to their Personal Account to post or manage Listings. Posting a first Listing automatically creates a Personal Account for the Advertiser.

Personal Account

The free space that each Advertiser must create and sign in to from the Website in order to publish, manage, and view their Listings.

Kaown

The entity that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site, referred to in these Terms as “Kaown”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.

Customer Service

The Kaown department from which an Advertiser may obtain further information. It can be reached by email via the contact link on the Website and Mobile Site.

Kaown Service

The services made available to Users and Advertisers on the Website and Mobile Site.

Website

The website operated by Kaown, accessed primarily from the URL https://www.kaown.com, allowing Users and Advertisers to access the Kaown Service via the internet.

Mobile Site

The mobile version of the site operated by Kaown, accessible from https://www.kaown.com, allowing Users and Advertisers to access the Kaown Service from their mobile devices.

User

Any visitor who accesses the Kaown Service via the Website and Mobile Site.

2. Subject

These Terms establish the contractual conditions applicable to any use of the Service and to any account created by an Advertiser from the Website and Mobile Site.

3. Acceptance

Any use of the Website by a User or Advertiser constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

4. Listings & Conduct

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their Listings. By posting a Listing, you confirm that the information is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. The following are not permitted:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job offers or content.
• Content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any applicable law.
• Spam, duplicate postings, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Kaown reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove any Listing that does not comply with these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Responsibility

Kaown cannot be held liable for any non-performance or improper performance of the Service that is caused by the Advertiser, by a User, by a third party, or by an event of force majeure. Kaown acts as a host of content submitted by Advertisers and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any Listing.

6. Modification of These Terms

Kaown reserves the right to modify all or part of these Terms at any time. Users and Advertisers are advised to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed removed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply between Advertisers, Users, and Kaown.
